Celeste's award winning Group Executive Chef, Ashley Hughes, became the youngest chef in Australia to receive a coveted Chef’s Hat. He worked in Michelin Star restaurants across the world and trained under Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, Gorgio Locatelli & Jamie Oliver –  making Ashley exceptionally adept at menu design.


Celeste offers a unique end-to-end catering experience, including chefs, food, alcohol packages, equipment hire, marquees and service staff – always keeping customers and their needs at the forefront of all we do.
